A very good program of virtual post-its with many options, good documentation and totally for free.
Stickies is a program of virtual post-its that lets you place these coloured notes on the desktop, and they'll stay there until you remove them (even after restarting or shutting down the PC). The look of these notes can be completely personalized, choosing the colour, background, horizontal size, type of letter and other graphic aspects.
Also, you can send these notes via the web, import them, export them, send them via email, etc. You can choose if you want to hide or show them just by clicking the mouse, and also to recover those you deleted. Stickies notes can be hidden for a set amount of time, or until a specific time and date you predetermine, so it can work as a reminder.
Stickies is quite a complete program, very functional, that takes up little space and is well documented. All the information is saved in an .INI file which is written in Microsoft Visual C++.
